Standard

The site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In the European context, it also considers EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act for digital services that fall within its scope.

Text and contrast

• Body text is at least 16 CSS px; utility labels are at least 13 CSS px.
• Normal text has at least 4.5:1 contrast; large text and interface boundaries have at least 3:1.
• Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• Colour is never the only way to communicate status, error, or action.

Keyboard and input

• Links, buttons, fields, menus, and chat are keyboard operable.
• Focus is always visible and is not obscured by sticky elements.
• The internal target for controls is at least 44×44 CSS px, exceeding the WCAG 2.2 AA minimum of 24×24 CSS px.
• No function requires dragging or precise pointer movement alone.

Perception and assistive technology

• Pages use logical headings, landmarks, field labels, and clear control names.
• Images have useful alternative text or are marked decorative.
• Form errors and status changes use live regions.
• Animation is removed when reduced motion is enabled; forced-colours mode is supported.

Report a barrier

If a page, form, material, or chat cannot be used with a keyboard, screen reader, or zoom, describe the exact page, action, and device in the contact form. The team will treat it as an accessibility defect.
