The site and its public services are provided by sole proprietor Mykhailo Vitaliiovych Patsan. By using the site, you accept these terms, the privacy policy, and the applicable disclaimers.

Platform purpose
The platform contains information about Mykhailo Patsan, services, projects, resources, events, learning products, and an AI assistant. Scope, price, timing, and deliverables for paid work are agreed separately.
Lev - AI assistant
Lev’s responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Verify material facts, dates, and sources before acting.
Bookings, external messages, paid actions, and changes in third-party systems require separate confirmation. Financial transactions, legal commitments, and public statements are not executed automatically.
Acceptable use
- do not bypass security, access other users’ data, or overload the service;
- do not submit unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content;
- do not present an AI response as an official statement by Mykhailo without written confirmation;
- do not scrape the site contrary to robots.txt, these terms, or law.
Intellectual property
Texts, structure, design, original material, video, product names, and logos are protected and belong to their respective rights holders. Limited quotation is permitted where justified by purpose, with attribution and a source link.
Third-party material remains subject to its own licence. A link does not transfer rights to that material.
Third-party services
The site may link to YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, calendars, payments, and other services. Their own terms and policies apply after you visit or connect them.
No warranties and liability
Public information is provided as is. Continuous availability, error-free operation, or suitability of general material for your situation is not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for decisions made solely from general material or AI output without appropriate professional review.

These terms may change as the platform develops. The current version and date are published here.
Ukrainian law applies. The parties first seek to resolve disputes through communication without limiting statutory consumer or data-subject rights.
